Currently, Natasha is the Operations Manager for District Public, a data consultancy that works with New York City Public Schools. She manages and maintains the company's Airtable, Gusto, Google Workspace, and file collection processes.

Previously, Natasha spent four and a half years working with executive performance coach Chris Sparks at Forcing Function. During that time her job titles evolved from Executive Assistant to Director of Education; she managed both personal and professional projects, including corporate workshops, online courses, articles, newsletters, websites, and a podcast.

 

As the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Coordinator for Cholla High School, Natasha oversaw 30 teachers and staff, 440 students, and a $1,000,000 budget. She coordinated all aspects of the Diploma Programme and the IB Prep programme, including proctoring and scheduling examinations, school policies, class scheduling, student recruitment and enrollment, parent communication, and community outreach. She ensured all aspects of the programme met rigorous international and state standards and federal desegregation order requirements.

 

As a freelance associate wedding & events coordinator, she uses the same skillset to coordinate multiple stakeholders and successfully execute complex, time-bound, high-stakes events.

 

Regardless of the context, Natasha has great attention to detail, excellent rapport with clients and teammates, and a strong understanding of overarching structure and systems management. She quickly takes projects from planning to completion and ensures the process is efficient and enjoyable.
